Our current Ranking system is as follows.

A1 - highest rank - A1's are the highest in the ranks of clan sauce. We will have exactly 1 [A1] member per 10 clan members. an A1 member gets the final say in all things. be it over something as dramatic as a dispute between 2 clan members, or something as tiny as telling you to end the game and stop spawn killing the enemy, do your best to abide by their rules, and listen to their direction. they are an A1 for a reason, please treat them as such, they are here to help you.

heinz 57 [hnz57] - these are the hands of the A1, the seconds in command. Each [A1] will be responsible for promoting 2 members to fill this slot upon they're promotion. 2 current [A1] members must approve of the decision, but this shouldn't be an issue. please listen to the heinz 57 members. they are here to help the A1 do his job, which is to help you.

beyond these ranks their will be 3 others, which are much more simple.

[hot] - player skilled enough to be promoted. these players are good, play with them.

[med] player skilled enough to pub stomp with. while not being pro, and not being able to gaurantee big plays, or clutch decision making, this player can perform his given role, and will not be a drag on your success in your 5-man mm cue.

[mild] player still being evaluated. while not being proven yet to be consistently great in lane, this player has shows some form of skill, and is in need of further evaluation. please do not ignore [mild] members. we need feedback to eliminate the riffraff, and to commend the great.
